Joshua went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house in our price range, and with our time deadline. He answered every question, call, text, and email no matter time of day. He kept us informed every step of the way no matter how tiny the detail. I would not use any other realtor aside from Mr. Davanon. I would refer him to family and friends in a heartbeat.

This was the 2nd time working with Tom and he was excellent. Everything about our sale went smooth and he got us a great price. Can't say enough good things about Tom. If you are looking to buy or sell please consider using Tom, he is the best!

Kelly is someone I will always recommend to anyone that wants to buy a house. I never thought I'd ever be able to own a home until I met her. Tami was amazing! Eighteen years ago she helped us buy our first home and was so knowledgeable and professional she was the first and only person we called when we decided to sell and were thrilled when she agreed to be our selling agent. It was not a perfect house and there were a few challenges during the weeks before we listed. Tami's always positive attitude and recommendations made the listing process go smoothly and she was always upfront and optimistic in getting the closing accomplished six weeks after we first listed. We were able to accomplish being almost 800 miles due to the fact that Tami kept everything organized and on task. Tami is exceptionally talented at what she does and we so thankful for her!

Della is one of the best in the business. Not only did we have numerous recommendations, we've personally known her for years.

Working with Tom has been such a great experience. My husband and I really had him working hard to find and secure our perfect home. We started working with him in March and closed in August, and throughout the process he was kind, honest, knowledgeable and accommodating.
